CLIL Class Visits the Telfs Fasnacht and Local Heritage Museum
Our CLIL class, Class 1c (CLIL = Content and Language Integrated Learning, meaning subject teaching combined with a foreign language), was on the move again.Ms. Sandra Marsoun-Kaindl from the Fasnacht and Local Heritage Museum Noaflhaus became aware of us through our website and kindly invited us to a guided tour of the Noaflhaus.The tour was conducted mostly in English. Ms. Marsoun-Kaindl made a great effort and adapted to the level of the children, who are only in their first year of learning English. The students participated enthusiastically and answered some of the questions in English as well. We learned many interesting things about the history of Telfs and about the long-standing Fasnacht tradition, while also being able to apply our English skills in practice. A heartfelt thank you for this educational and varied morning!

Unsere CLIL-Klasse, die Klasse 1c (CLIL = Content and Language Integrated Learning, also Fachunterricht in Verbindung mit einer Fremdsprache) war wieder unterwegs.
Frau Sandra Marsoun-Kaindl vom Fasnacht- und Heimatmuseum Noaflhaus wurde über unsere Homepage darauf aufmerksam und lud uns daraufhin zu einer Führung ins Noaflhaus ein.
Die Führung wurde überwiegend auf Englisch abgehalten. Frau Marsoun-Kaindl gab sich große Mühe und ging auf das Niveau der Kinder ein, die sich erst im ersten Lernjahr Englisch befinden. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler arbeiteten engagiert mit und beantworteten Fragen auch teilweise auf Englisch.
Wir haben viel Spannendes über die Geschichte von Telfs sowie über die traditionsreiche Fasnacht gelernt und konnten dabei unsere Englischkenntnisse gleich in der Praxis anwenden
